Practice yoga for at least 10 minutes a day. This is helpful as I need some strength and peace also. I attempted this challenge before and gave it up within the first two weeks due to a minor cold/general sluggishness. This time is different.
I was going to do a challenge where I bought nothing for month. As my living situation will be changing very soon, instead I will have a month where I buy everything.
